Introudction of Multi Cycle Circulating Valve Test
Multi Cycle Circulating Valve is annulus pressure-operated re-closable circulating valve with the full bore, it is named OMNI valve in Halliburton, the circulating valve is worked for the formation testing in cased hole, oil tube tradition perforating tube string testing and cycle operation in the conjunction of perforation and full-opening formation testing.

Pressure and Function Test requirement and procedure
Test Equipment Requirement :
* One hydraulic pump: 5L/1Minute, work pressure should be above 20000PSI.
* One nitrogen pump: Work pressure should be above 10000PSI.
* Air compressor: Work pressure should be above 150PSI (1MPa).
* Power, clamp, test caps, test pulling caps, pressure gauge, box spanner, pressure collection system
and related high-handed pipe, sensor, computer, printer
OMNI Valve Test Condition:
* No sands and dust in the place of production depositary.
* Temperature:0~35℃
HSE Safety instructions:
*Only 20# silicone oil allow to use as lubricating oil when the nitrogen chamber works.
* Purity requirement for nitrogen is above 99.9%.
* When running each pressure test, you must increase pressure gradually. When the pressure is up to
20MPa, hold on for one minute, then every 10MPa keep it for one minute until the rating pressure;
* During doing the pressure test, the tool should be placed in the test pit and cover the protecting board
on the pressure test plug.
